So far this year, since the recession, we’ve managed to save money on the home insurance, pet insurance and travel insurance thanks to our favourite price comparison engine so when Direct Line told us our “cheap” car insurance was up for renewal and I saw the premium level I nearly died. It was ridiculously high, but then I suppose everything is going up. I could afford to pay it but don’t see why I have to pay for others’ accidents, especially uninsured drivers and men (we all know men have more accidents and women have to subsidise them!). I thought I’d look for better cheap car insurance and perhaps specialist women’s car insurance.
I decided to use a comparison engine because it seemed more economical. I work long days and find it difficult to dedicate enough time to my job and my family without throwing added extras in there that take more time. That’s why I took ten minutes getting quotes from a range of insurers rather than hours going around all their websites and calling them. The cheap car insurance comparison table told me everything I needed to know about the policies and was very easy to use so I was pleased with the experience… and the price I chose to pay!
Before settling for cheap car insurance quote from one of the leading women’s providers, I only had to fill in my details once, which I was pleased about. There is nothing worse than filling in your details and ticking your boxes over and over again. It gets a little tedious so this is one of the major plus points for me. The other is of course the cheap car insurance…

Looking for cheap car insurance these days is like searching for gold – you can look and look and look and still never find what you want. Well, it would have been if some clever person hadn’t created search comparison engines, or whatever they’re called. The renewal notice arrived a couple of days ago and the premiums had gone up, as they do every year, but this year we couldn’t afford it. We’ve had to tighten our belts a lot and couldn’t justify spending that much. After talking about giving up the car we looked for cheap car insurance on the off chance we’d find it.
We did find it. We found a cheap car insurance policy with one of the top insurance providers, esure. I think that’s the one with the annoying adverts with Michael Winner but I don’t really care about that because we saved over £180. Both my wife and I drive the same car, well same 4×4, and didn’t want to change it to a cheaper car so we were really pleased with that.
The comparison engine we used returned numerous results, some of which were a little cheaper than the one we chose but they didn’t offer the same value. Some had courtesy car cover as an extra, which is essential as we only have one car, and others just were not as comprehensive in general. Providing you’re smart, I think it’s possible to get a fantastic deal on your cheap car insurance with everything you want and need from it right there in one package.

Me and the wife have always insured our cars separately and ended up spending hundreds every year on just being legal to drive them. We don’t have gas guzzlers and have never had cars that are high risk. I’ve always dreamt of a Ferrari but unfortunately a Corsa’s been more my style, or at least in my price range. Despite that we’ve still ended up paying through the nose and dreaded the renewal notice coming through the letterbox. So we thought we’d give the multicar insurance a go.
From what I’d read, multicar insurance seemed a good way to try and trim a few pounds off our premiums every year but I couldn’t believe how much we’d actually saved. It turned out to be near enough £300 across both of our vehicles. Considering I lost my job a few months ago and have been stuck with agency work ever since it couldn’t have come at a better time.
Multicar insurance seems to be readily available. I didn’t know where to go for it and there was no way that I was going to stay with my old insurer if I could help it so I went to the first comparison site I saw advertised on the TV. Ten minutes later I had 68 quotes in front of me with various ratings to say how much they suited my wants and needs. I was all ready to do my homework but it did it for me and the multicar insurance provider at the top of the list was a well known one so I was insured within a few minutes. If I’d known it was that easy I’d have gotten it way before now!

As a 19 year old that has just passed her driving test, I’m sick and tired of looking for a car that I can afford to run. Even crappy cars that cost £500 are £6000 to insure, PER YEAR! If a car is only worth £500 then why the daylight robbery? I’d have to write it off 12 times a year to justify that price. I’d never really thought about it before but I guess that’s not how it works. Thank God I’m not a boy because that’d have been £8000 easy. Anyways, I was so upset because I didn’t think I’d get to have my own car until I discovered cheap car insurance.
I’d gotten a few quotes from my dad’s insurer, my mum’s insurance company (she works for them) and a couple of big names that I happened to see on TV when I was watching daytime TV at uni. Every time I ended up frustrated so I just stopped bothering. My dad had bought me a Vauxhall Corsa and I couldn’t drive it – great! As a last resort I tried a comparison site and found a handful of cheap car insurance policies so I finally felt I was getting somewhere. The cheap car insurance was still from good providers but not those I’d been looking at.
I was amazed to find that the cheap car insurance available was comprehensive and not third party but still affordable. Considering my age and experience behind the wheel I was shocked. When it comes around for renewal I’ll definitely be doing the same because I can’t afford not to. I thought it was well worth the effort and think a comparison site is the only way to go for me and people like me.

Life insurance is not an easy form of insurance to understand. In fact, it can be one of the most complex purely and simply because you have so many options that it is incredibly difficult to distinguish between them all. However, if you have a mortgage, children or other interests that you would want to be taken care of in the event of your death then you absolutely need to consider taking out a policy. Looking at life insurance quotes from one form can help you to do just that.
Getting life insurance quotes from one form can really help you to form a little understanding about the form of insurance that may best suit your needs. By filling in one form on a comparison site, you can find out which one would fulfil your wants down to the last element. All you have to do is clarify what you want your life insurance to do, be it leave relatives a little something on your death or cover the cost of your mortgage, and you can get all of the relevant life insurance quotes from one form. It really is as simple as that.
Obtaining life insurance quotes from one form is very popular right now not only because it helps to clear up the confusion but also because it will search a high number of quality providers and save you an awful lot of time in the process. Imagine going to twenty insurance websites to get quotes. It could take hours but filling in one form and relying on a search engine to fetch them for you is much more economical! You also find the cheapest quotes in one go. What more can you ask for?

Choosing cheap van insurance has always been a problem for a lot of people I know and I happen to be one of them. Finding cheap car insurance is bad enough but finding cheap van insurance is an absolute nightmare, or at least it was in the past before price comparison sites were invented. They really are a little miracle because you can save hundreds off your insurance premiums every year and put money back into the household budget every month.
I was well impressed with the cheap van insurance I found when I did an online comparison. First off, I had to fill in my details to get the quotes and I could also have selected to have them saved or emailed to me. Then I went to a screen that asked me what I wanted of my policy. I asked for a whole range of things, including breakdown cover, legal expenses and courtesy vehicle cover so I was really surprised when there were over 25 quotes returned that were cheaper than my renewal quote! I was amazed that the market was so competitive. I mean, I knew there were lots of insurance providers out there but I wasn’t aware just how low some of them could afford to offer their cover.
I’ll definitely be looking around every year when this time rolls around because the availability of cheap van insurance that ticked all of the boxes for me was astonishing. I never knew you could find policies that were such good value. Well apparently you can and I did so I’ll be going back for more!

Of all the forms of insurance that are currently available, one is vastly underestimated by a high percentage of people. That is to say, it is underestimated by more people than any other form of insurance. Life insurance is one of those types of policy that is largely seen as an optional policy rather than one that can really help individuals out of a real tight spot should the worst happen. In fact, there are several uses for life insurance upon the death of the policyholder that should never be underestimated.
Firstly, if one member of a household should die and leave the mortgage outstanding then the other member would be forced to take on the mortgage and continue repayments or sell it. However, he or she may not be able to afford to pay the mortgage on his or her own. This can often make an already bad situation worse when the family is forced to move out. Life insurance can be taken out to pay the mortgage off in these circumstances and is actually often insisted upon by mortgage providers these days. This is the most common use of this form of insurance and the most useful in many ways but it is far from the only use.
Another common reason for taking out life insurance is leaving some money behind for your family to enjoy. This could be so that they can fulfil specific wishes or so that your children can continue their expensive education. It may even be just enough to cover funeral expenses or something similar. As you can see, it is easy to tailor an insurance policy to suit your own wishes. As such, you can undoubtedly see just how much a life insurance policy could mean to your nearest and dearest so consider the possibility carefully.

Have you ever bothered to total up just how much you pay in insurance every year? I hadn’t even though about it until lately. Like everyone else in England we’ve had to tighten our belts so I thought I’d try and save cash by using a comparison site. Glad I did because I’d never heard of multicar insurance before. I have now and I’ve just taken out multicar insurance because I saved over £200 with it. Took me five minutes and that’s petrol for a month for us.
The policy I took out had all the features I’d expect of car insurance and all the things that my old policy had. It was better than my better half’s insurance too. We have courtesy car cover, breakdown cover and all sorts of other stuff that gives you that extra peace of mind. That’s what insurance is for I guess so why not make the most of it if you’re spending so much on it?
They had a special search option for multicar insurance on the comparison site I went to so it was dead easy to look for it. I didn’t realise you could do that. Anyway, I filled in one form and didn’t have to fill in anything else because the search engine did everything for me. I got a list of quotes that were a lot cheaper than I thought for two cars. Some were more expensive but most were fairly cheap and from reputable companies as well. The saving’s really helped but I’ll definitely be doing the same next year. Can’t afford not to in a recession.
