If you own a fleet of vans, whether you use them for your business or hire them out, then the likelihood is that your van insurance is costing you a fortune. If you happen to have been with the same provider year after year then you might find that your premiums have gone up significantly in the past year or so because of the number of fraudulent claims. However, you do not have to pay those over-inflated prices at all. You can just obtain quotes, find the best value van insurance policy and choose that – simple!
Well, you might think that finding affordable van insurance for a fleet of vans is a major task if you want to change provider, which may also be why you have yet to do it up until this point. However, with a range of specialist providers as well as mainstream insurers now available to you on the Internet there is no excuse… especially given the fact that it takes just a few moments to find quotes if you use of the many comparison sites out there.
It took me ten minutes to find van insurance for my fleet at a rate of £214 cheaper than my previous quote. Although my choice was limited because few insurers offer commercial van insurance, that saving will really help with my business costs at the moment. All I had to do was put a few details into a form and save them before searching a database of providers. From there, I could compare the different policies, add features, take them away and make sure that everything I needed was included. It really was that easy, and I’m not even that used to using the Internet. I’m sure that anyone else could do it and it will be the best ten minutes you ever spend online if you save as much as I did.

Is it just me or do other van drivers out there never get everything they want and need from their van insurance? Last year I broke down and found out for the first time that breakdown was not covered as a part of my van insurance policy. Having never had to use it before and because accident recovery was included, I just assumed that breakdown was a part of my policy. Unfortunately it was not so I had to pay a fortune to tow my van home - £350 to be precise. I know it is my fault for not reading the policy documents but I knew there had to be an easier way so I looked around after receiving my renewal quote and I am so glad that I did.
I found van insurance policies from a variety of providers, mainstream and specialist alike. All of them offered cheaper quotes than I had received for renewal from my existing provider but the main element I liked was that I could check all of the policy values and features quickly and easily on one of the available comparison websites out there. There are so many to choose form but the best ones have a table that allows you to compare exactly what the policies contain and choose the best one for you. This method is completely transparent from the start.
Van insurance is essential for anyone using a van for business but you should absolutely make sure that the policy you choose has everything you need. From experience, choosing a policy with even one feature that you need missing can really hit you where it hurts – directly in the pocket! Do not let it, and save money on your premiums as well. Every penny counts!

Taxi insurance is a legal requirement for all taxi drivers, as I am sure you know if you drive a cab for a living, but has anyone else noticed how premiums seem to have gone up in recent years? Fleet insurance and single taxi insurance has become ridiculously expensive, or at least it has if you happen to renew every year with certain providers. However, if you can spare a little time to fill in one form and compare the quotes you get from a variety of specialist and mainstream providers then you will find that you can save a lot of money by avoiding renewal with the same company year on year.
I am sure that you are aware that taxi insurance comes in a variety of forms with a huge range of features readily available. As such, you can tailor your policy to suit you with all of your requirements and specifications covered. Obviously the features you choose will affect the price of your premiums but you will find that you can have everything that is on your current policy for a little cheaper at the very least. I saved almost half of the money I had become used to paying out every year for a policy that matched my old policy feature for feature and cover for cover.
Of course, the premiums of your taxi insurance will vary in relation to whether you have points on your license, any no claims bonus that you may have, how many people you want to cover in your taxi and a variety of other elements too. As such, you need to be clear with providers of taxi insurance in terms of what you want and need so you can find the best price available.

Everyone that drives a taxi for a living will be well aware of the legal requirements that carrying passengers brings with it. None of those are as important as getting specialist taxi insurance to ensure that you are covered in all events, no matter what. However, if you think that you have to pay through the nose for this kind of cover then you would most definitely be wrong! There are so many options today that you really need to take a look around. Whether you need taxi insurance for one car or a whole fleet of cars, you should not be paying more than your budget can sustain. There are cheaper options out there and you would be quite surprised at how much you can save.
Keeping your costs down is a fact of every business at the moment given the fact that so many are having to make every penny stretch as far as possible. Taxi insurance is one of the major expenses for most drivers and if you have to pay for yours then you will know that. With the sheer amount of insurance options out there though you do not have to pay out sums that you cannot afford anymore.
I am a prime example of that. My taxi insurance renewal quote came a few days ago and was much higher than it has ever been before. With no idea why that is, I thought initially that I’d have no choice but to pay it until I spoke to my boss. He told me about a few other companies and recommended a comparison site to me. Within half an hour, I’d set up my taxi insurance at virtually half the price. This will definitely keep me on the road for longer and fingers cross business will be just as good!

If you happen to drive a van at the moment then the likelihood is that you will paying through the nose for your van insurance. With fraudulent claims up and general costs higher than ever, more and more people are finding it difficult to be able to afford van insurance and run the van at the same time. Or at least they are if they go to the wrong provider of van insurance. However, you need not put up with excessive premiums anymore. The competition in the marketplace means that you can actually go to a wide range of van insurance specialists and the more well known providers as well and save a lot of money.
With no claims discounts of up to 70%, multiple van insurance and a variety of other online discounts, you can save hundreds on your van insurance when it comes up for renewal. Even better, you can access a huge range of features that may not have been available for you in the past. This has all arisen from the competition within the marketplace between different insurers. They compete for your business and so offer you optional extras like breakdown cover and new for old cover at a great rate.
With the credit crunch hitting hard, I needed to remain competitive and stay on the road. Looking around for good value van insurance has allowed me to do just that. I saved hundreds and that helped me to offset the cost of petrol as well. More importantly though, I can go out on the road at any time and know I’m fully covered no matter what.

Taxi insurance was not an insurance product that was readily available a few years ago. In fact, taxi companies had very few options when it came to insuring individual cars or fleets because only a few insurers tended to offer taxi insurance. Where did that leave you though? Paying through the nose for insurance because you had two choices – you took it or you did not work. Today things are a little different and I was surprised at just how much choice was available to me. Mainstream and specialist insurance companies can offer excellent taxi insurance products today so why not take a look at what is available to you? I am so glad I did.
My renewal quotes have been getting progressively more expensive every single year to the point at which I was struggling to pay this year’s renewal quote without my family suffering. I asked for an explanation as to why it had gone up and the answer was basically to the tune of “because it has”. With no points on my license and no accidents in 18 years, I did not find this acceptable at all so I decided to go elsewhere and I am so glad I did. I obtained a range of quotes from various providers and found one that halved my current quote. I did not even have to compromise on the quality of the policy itself.
You can compare taxi insurance policies online 24 hours a day so you can literally have a look when you have a few moments spare. It took me fifteen minutes from start to finish, including filling in my details and doing the comparison with the retrieved results. It is not rocket science but can save you more money than you might give it credit for.

However, next time you visit, just take a few moments to look around properly because you will definitely find more than you bargained for, much of which will actually help you to get your finances on track.
Moneysupermarket.com has a news and community section that can prove to be a valuable resource for every individual looking for quotes on various products. In short, the community section is useful for everyone that actually lands on the Moneysupermarket.com homepage! There are also videos present of Moneysupermarket.com, all of which I have never seen before. I actually found quite a few of them helpful. If you drive a van then you might have the same opinion of van insurance that I used to have – that it is overpriced, not worth the hassle but a pain anyway because you cannot afford to be caught on the road without it. My opinion has now changed, but only because I refused point blank to pay my van insurance renewal quote and decided to go elsewhere! I headed over to one of the insurance comparison websites to see what was on offer and was quite surprised at the results.
The comparison site I chose was comprehensive and I found that I only had to put the details on there once, which was a bonus. After taking a few moments to do that and specify what features I wanted, it search a huge database for me and brought back hundreds of results for me to look at. Organised into those that would be most relevant for me, it was easy to find a van insurance policy that had everything I wanted and needed without an over-inflated price.
Van Insurance is of course a legal requirement if you want to drive a van on the road but if you use it for business then it really is essential to protect you. Although I’ve been happy with policies that I have held in the past, this one has given me a greater peace of mind than I have ever had before. With breakdown insurance, 24 hour accident recovery, a 65% no claims discount and expenses paid for medical problems arising from an accident, amongst other things, I think I’ve got the best deal possible with a high quality policy but an affordable premium.

Ask anyone to name three financial comparison sites and I guarantee that they will say “Moneysupermarket.com” for one of those three answers. It is now a household name and is well respected and yet still people fail to use it to find cheaper deals for their car insurance, amongst other things. This is the second year that I have successfully used it and I guarantee that if you take a few moments to check out Moneysupermarket.com then you will find that you can make huge savings.
Moneysupermarket.com actively boasts about the amount of money it can save individuals looking to insure their car, home or even life. In fact, the first headline you see when you head there refers to the thousands of products that you can get quotes for quickly and easily as and when you like. This does not depend on the product or service you want to get quotes for. Moneysupermarket.com is partnered with that many companies, insurance providers and service providers that it applies to every single category on there. No matter whether you are looking for broadband or car insurance quotes, you can definitely find something there for you. I was also pleasantly surprised to find myself browsing the site for well above an hour looking at how I can save money around the house!
Moneysupermarket.com definitely has the consumer, like you and me, in mind. There are great eye-catching colours, easy navigation, plenty of categories of goods and services, excellent deals and a range of useful articles that can tell you everything you need to know about your finances. As such, it certainly looks like it has been designed with the average person’s needs in mind. Check out Moneysupermarket.com and see how much you can save now. It will only take a few minutes so you have nothing to lose.

If you own a taxi business then you are probably looking to cut costs this year without streamlining your business in terms of cutting cars. The credit crunch and recession can make times tough and with petrol prices again rising it can be really difficult to remain viable but then you cannot afford to skimp on services like taxi insurance if it means that it leaves you open to huge costs should one of your cars be involved in an accident. No, you need comprehensive insurance that covers everything your regular fleet taxi insurance does without the expense of a renewal quote. So where can you get products that tick all the boxes?
Well, you could do what I did and take a few minutes to look around. You do not need to spend your precious time looking around for the phone numbers of insurers to phone and get taxi insurance quotes. Instead, you can now get quotes from all of the major insurers and a few specialists as well online within just a few minutes. All of it can actually be done online no matter how many cars you have in the fleet. Although it will take you a few minutes to do it this way, it is worth it because you will find that you can save a packet on your insurance and cut costs without cutting your taxi insurance.
However, a word of advice from personal experience. When looking for fleet taxi insurance, use a comparison site that actually only requires you to input your information once. If you need to alter your quote a little later on then it is an absolute pain to do it after already filling in the forms. Any comparison site that wipes your details after the first time you enter them is hardly user friendly but it will also waste an awful lot of time! Play it safe instead and you will not find yourself wanting to throw the computer out of the window!
